I am an entrepreneur, home transformation guide, speaker, homesteader and host of The Humanhood who sits at the intersection of home organization and personal transformation. Raised by two architects in Roanoke, Virginia, I grew up understanding how spaces have impact on us and how curation of beauty elevates any environment.

While studying Entrepreneurship at Virginia Commonwealth University, I started my journey into personal transformation. Way before I was ready, I opened my own coaching practice a few years after graduation. I continued to study how the internal architecture of the human being works through neuroscience, somatics and my coaching.

I began to work with these seemingly unrelated fields together and thus, my work was born.
